Error Resolution and Information Requests:
You can send us a Notice of Error or Information Request as part of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) to ask for information or to dispute errors about the servicing of your mortgage loan. Your submission must be in writing and include the name of each borrower, the loan number and a description of the error you believe has occurred OR a request for specific information regarding your mortgage loan.
