For questions 2 and 3: A Farm Credit Mid-America “Key Employee” is a Corporate Officer, Executive Vice President, or Senior Vice President of Farm Credit Mid-America. A “Close Relative” is defined as a Key Employee’s spouse, parent, child or sibling, or the spouse of such person.

Unfortunately, we are unable to act as your lender for the purposes of the PPP due to our eligibility restrictions. This does not mean that you are not eligible for a SBA PPP loan and we encourage you to contact another PPP participating lender as you may qualify elsewhere.

The PPP is a short-term small-business relief program with a capped amount of allocated funds available. Be advised that completing your application for a PPP loan does not guarantee the loan will be approved or that you will be able to take advantage of the program. Farm Credit Mid-America, its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible the failure of an application to receive approval and be allocated funds under the PPP.
