Daro Mott joins Farm Credit Mid-America to lead process improvement and execution

Farm Credit Mid-America today announced the appointment of Daro Mott as the vice president of the Association’s Process Improvement & Execution team.
 
Mott, who previously served as the chief of performance improvement and leader of the Office of Performance Improvement and Innovation for Louisville Metro Government, will lead FCMA’s program managers and enterprise business analysts.
 
“Daro brings years of experience in both leadership and establishing programs and processes to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience,” said Chuck Millhollan, senior vice president of Operational Process Excellence.
 
In addition to his work with Louisville government and Mayor Greg Fischer, Mott served Cuyahoga County, Cleveland, Ohio, as chief innovation officer, and co-authored “Coaching (Six Sigma) Green Belts for Sustainable Success,” published in May 2015.
 
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Yale University, has a Master of Public Administration and Master of Urban Planning from the University of Louisville.
