Farm Credit Mid-America to continue business operations as stay-at-home orders go into effect.

As the economies in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee begin to reopen, Farm Credit Mid-America continues to follow state and CDC guidelines in order to protect customers and their families, as well as our team members and the communities where we all live and work. Supporting and serving customers remains our top priority.

Office Lobbies Reopening

Beginning Monday, June 15, our office lobbies in Indiana and Tennessee will reopen to walk-in visitors. At these locations, masks are recommended and available upon request.

Beginning Monday, June 22, our office lobbies in Ohio and Kentucky will reopen to walk-in visitors. At these locations, masks are required and available upon request.

In order to expedite your service, we continue to encourage you to call your local Farm Credit Mid-America office or 1-800-444-FARM ahead of your visit to schedule an appointment.

We also offer the following options for contact-free service:

  • Online banking tools.
    We offer a range of online and electronic services through email and online banking. If you are not already enrolled in online banking, we’d be happy to support you in setting up this service. Guidance for enrolling in online banking is also available at e-farmcredit.com/help.
  • On-site drop boxes.
    If you prefer to make deposits with Farm Credit Mid-America, drop boxes are located at most of our retail office locations, and are checked daily. If your local office does not feature a drop box, one of our team members will be happy to help you arrange a way to make your deposit.

Cash payments suspended temporarily

Due to recommended best practices for financial institutions by the CDC, we cannot accept cash payments at this time. We continue to accept checks and online payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

LifeWorks helps customers and their families navigate a variety of personal and work-related challenges. Through LifeWorks, you can access information, resources, and one-on-one support 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
