Nurturing the academic and agricultural passions of our future leaders

FFA is among the largest youth organizations in the United States, attracting students ages 12 to 21 who are enrolled or previously enrolled in agricultural education. These young and accomplished members truly represent the future of agricultural leadership in our country. In FFA, they learn by doing and absorb values of integrity, respect and service to others, and a commitment to continually improving agriculture.

As a service-oriented cooperative, Farm Credit Mid-America is proud to help future leaders in the field of agriculture excel and to build lifelong relationships with people who will help shape the future of agriculture. Our investments in FFA in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee include leadership conferences, scholarships, and hands-on experiences for young leaders, as well as capital investments that will strengthen the organization for generations to come.

Even beyond financial support, our ties to FFA are strong. More than half of our employees were members of FFA as youth, and today half of those are still involved in FFA as either advisors and volunteer leaders.
